Our 30-day money-back guarantee
The Virtual Stamp Academy is operated by Colin Allan Proctor. If you are not satisfied with a credit pack you have bought, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Email us at hq@stampdetectives.com with your order details and we will arrange it. Refunds are sent back to your original payment card via Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 working days.
What happens to your credits
When a refund is issued, the credits from that pack are removed from your Detective Vault (never taking your balance below zero). Stamps your detectives have already claimed stay in their albums.
